Kogan Prosthetics, Inc. is a family-run orthotics and prosthetics company built on the traditions of personal care and quality control. With a fully trained and accredited staff, Kogan Prosthetics is accomplished in aiding physicians, physiatrists, and allied health professionals in executing the best possible treatment for the patient. Our staff recognizes that there are patients who are unable to easily travel or who work and can’t make daytime appointments.

We are one of the very few companies whose primary goal is providing treatment in the comfort of the patient’s location at a time desirable to the patient.

We see our patients by appointment only and offer convenient hours up to 9:00pm. As we strive to be a part of the Home Health Care reforms, our patients are seen in the comfort of their homes or at any other medical facility at which they may need treatment. When asked…Yes, we do make house calls!

With the large demand for custom medical devices, Kogan Prosthetics has over a thousand square feet of dedicated fabrication space and a technical staff with over a decade of experience in the manufacturing and maintenance of our products. All of our custom products are made from space-age polymers to provide the lightest weight and greatest durability possible. We strive not only to produce a functional product, but one that is comfortable and as cosmetically pleasing as possible. Our goal is not to just provide the highest technological products for everyone. Each case is evaluated individually to provide the necessary medical device to best improve the patient’s quality of life.

Many cases are not textbook cases. This requires a good knowledge of the patient’s problem and an imaginative way to create an item to solve that problem. Kogan Prosthetics strives to think “outside the box”. This means we believe in a team approach by consulting with surgeons, physicians, physiatrists, physical therapists and especially the patients to create and provide the best possible medical device to do the job. Many other companies are unable to meet this creative demand because they send their work out-of-state to other facilities for fabrication. We feel that a hands-on approach and personal supervision during the fabrication process leads to better fitting items, a higher degree of functional results, less fabrication time and thus an outstanding quality service to both the patients and the prescribing physicians.
